Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Bregeoff provides digital technology solutions, strategic consulting, branding and design, digital marketing, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Bregeoff remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an initial deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout the project. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bregeoff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
